Position Overview:
o manage sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, effective dealer management, team supervision, and coordination with the sales and marketing teams for business growth and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Management:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new dealers to drive sales growth within the territory.
  • Monitor dealer performance, sales volumes, and stock levels, ensuring consistency in sales.
  • Provide dealers with necessary sales support and ensure they adhere to company standards.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to understand needs, resolve issues, and motivate them to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment and ensure stock availability for dealers.

2. Sales Executive Handling:

  • Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Provide regular training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and product knowledge.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to set clear expectations and drive focus on key performance areas.
  • Monitor individual sales performance and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand dealer networks, and increase sales.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive sales.

4. Sales Reports:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing performance, sales trends, and market activities.
  • Analyze reports to identify sales performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track competitor activities and market conditions to anticipate and react to changes.

5. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the marketing team to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure timely communication of sales goals, marketing initiatives, and any changes in product availability or promotions.

6. Territory Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover growth areas and develop appropriate strategies to expand market reach.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive long-term growth.

7. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

  • Keep up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
  • Educate the sales team and dealers about new product offerings and features.
  • Understand customer needs and match products with those needs to drive sales.

8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 Qualifications:
·        Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Any graduate with relevance experience.
